Requirements

  • Be a multi-task individual.
  • Be a detail oriented individual.
  • Possess the ability to work the majority of the day on the telephone speaking with potential candidates for employment, existing clients and prospecting for new clients.
  • Be $$$ driven, have good closing skills, and have excellent communication skills.
  • Have experience with Microsoft Outlook & Word.
  • Experience with staffing management systems & recruiting tools also a plus.
  • Be able to cold call, network, establish a referral base, and build continuing relationships.
